2017 Jeep Wrangler Phenomenal service! They run a diagnostic on your entire vehicle before the service and provide photos and recommended services, like a full health inspection. Then you get a consultation regarding what you need vs what can wait vs what’s a repair vs what’s maintenance. The most thorough service I have ever received. My vehicle had to stay overnight so they provided me an uber home and uber back the next day to pick it up. Complimentary! When you call, hopefully you get Alex as your service manager, he’s amazing!!

Gear heads recommended, 2016 Jaguar XJR. Dead Alternator almost lead me stranded, but called these guys via recommendation, and they got me in and back on the road before night fell. Everyone else was either booked till next week, or didn’t wanna touch the car.

What an amazing experience from begining to end! Have brought my vehicle to Fifth Gear twice now and both times I have received the best customer experience. Jake and Alex are great advisors and we're transparent about all the necessary items that needed to be completed. The tech who works on the vehicle is very knowledgeable and has done a great job performing the work. This is my go to shop now and will bringing my GX460 there next! Keep up the great work!

Do not take your car anywhere else. You will not find a more honest, professional, and competent shop - trust me, I’ve been to the others. Everyone there is wonderful and I wish I remembered all their names. When James called to tell me that they were covering my last repair at no charge, I was more than surprised. They stand by their work and came in about a hundred dollars less on each of my bigger repairs compared to other shops. They offer rides if needed and your car will be clean and ready to go when you arrive to pick it up. They are the best!

Huge shoutout to Fifth Gear Automotive! After doing a brake service myself, I was left with warning codes that needed to be cleared. I called around to several places, and most either wanted to charge an unreasonable amount for a simple procedure or said they couldn't help at all. This shop was completely different. Alex and his team took the time to listen, understood exactly what I needed, and went above and beyond to help me out.
